TimeWalker® is a next-generation Er:YAG and Nd:YAG aesthetic laser dedicated to facial aesthetic treatments. With a unique combination of Fotona’s advanced laser technology and proprietary ASP-powered treatment modes, TimeWalker® is designed and optimized for non-invasive facelifting procedures such as Fotona4D®, SmoothEye® and LipLase®.
Safe and Highly Effective Er:YAG
TimeWalker® is equipped with an advanced, high-performance Er:YAG laser featuring ASP-powered technology that enables non-ablative treatments with thermal regeneration modalities using patented intense heatshock biomodulation (i-HBM), as well as ablative treatments with precise modulation of ablation and coagulation depths.
Unique, Patented Fotona SMOOTH® Technology
Patented Fotona SMOOTH® Er:YAG laser pulses activate a unique form of non-ablative thermal stimulation with a gentle dual-tissue regeneration process to achieve highly controlled and safe collagen tightening and new collagen formation within the tissue. Patients will observe an immediate tightness and freshness as well as a prolonged rejuvenation effect, making it ideal for maintenance treatments as well.
With additional functions ranging from cold minimally ablative to hot deep ablative peels, and from full-field to fractional resurfacing, treatments can be tailored to any specific skin condition to achieve exceptional results.

The Nd:YAG laser included with TimeWalker® perfectly complements the Er:YAG laser’s ablative action with the ability to penetrate deeply into the skin to create thermal effects without damaging the skin surface.
TimeWalker’s next-generation, super-extended PIANO® mode provides full-thickness bulk heating for safe and controlled tightening of the dermis and epidermis, while sparing the skin from unnecessary thermal damage.
And Fotona’s revolutionary FRAC3® technology produces a three-dimensional fractional pattern in the epidermis and dermis, selectively targeting specific tissue chromophores for treatment of deeper, age-related skin imperfections, initiating neocollagenesis and healing without damaging the epidermis, regardless of skin type.

Genova™
The Genova handpiece was specially developed for Fotona's LightWalker laser system for inducing highly effective wound healing and pain reduction. The handpiece creates a large spotsize with a unique collimated homogeneous beam profile of Nd:YAG laser light.

The R04-Ti is a lightweight and durable Titanium range handpiece designed to safely and effectively deliver Fotona's VSP Er:YAG laser to the treatment area. This straight aesthetics-and-dermatology handpiece comes with 5 spacers to create 3-mm, 5-mm, 7-mm, 10-mm and 12-mm spot sizes.

SmoothTouch LA Adapter
The SmoothTouch LA Adapter is a unique intra-oral angular adapter designed to facilitate easier positioning of the laser beam during Fotona4D® treatments.
Wireless Footswitch
With the wireless footswitch the laser treatment can be initiated within a 10-meter radius of the Fotona laser system, thereby avoiding an unnecessary tangle of cables on the operating room floor. The wireless footswitch is a perfect complement to your Fotona system, providing more freedom of movement during treatments.

What is VSP?
VSP (Variable Square Pulse) technology is a patented solution for generating square laser pulses for more controlled energy absorption. Pulse durations can be adjusted from 50 us up to 1500 us, depending on the practitioner’s needs. VSP pulse technology minimizes unnecessary laser energy absorption into body tissues and helps to ensure ultimate performance and patient comfort during laser treatments.
