The recently launched SP Dynamis is Fotona's most equipped laser system covering the widest range of aesthetic and dermatology applications, as well as several surgical applications such as laser-assisted liposuction and endovenous laser ablation. This system is compatible with Fotona's newest range of Er:YAG, Runner scanners that offer both full ablative and fractional skin rejuvenations treatments. An additional range of fractional ablative and non-ablative treatments can be provided with the compatible PS Technology handpieces range. The system's Nd:YAG laser is compatible with the renowned, 42 cm² treatment area S-11 scanner for large area aesthetic treatments and can be used in Quasi Continuous Wave more for popular surgical treatments. The SP Dynamis is the most comprehensive laser workstation available on the market today.

The XP-2 Focus is Fotona's highest performance solutions in laser surgery, as well as enabling transdermal Nd:YAG aesthetic treatments. The system includes Fotona's unique Accelera Nd:YAG with enables FRAC3^TM, three-dimensional non-ablative fractional rejuvenation treatments. The XP-2 Focus is a compact, multi-functional laser system that fits perfectly in multi-disciplinary surgeries.

Fotona's QX MAX is a Q-switched laser system containing no less than 5 laser modalities and 4 wavelengths to remove a complete spectrum of pigments in tattoo removal and pigmented lesion treatments. The additional Accelera Nd:YAG modality further expands the system's treatment range to offer a variety of aesthetic treatments such as Gold Standard FRAC3^TM rejuvenation, hair removal, acne and vascular treatments.
