IncontiLase® ist eine zum Patent angemeldete, nicht-invasive Er:YAG Lasertherapie zur Behandlung von leichter und mittelschwerer Harninkontinenz, die auf nicht ablativer photothermischer Stimulation der Kollagenneogenese, Schrumpfen und Straffung des Vaginalschleimhautgewebes sowie der Kollagenreichen endopelvinen Faszie beruht. Wie funktioniert IncontiLase®?
- Der 2940 nm Er:YAG Laser von Fotona mit der patentierten „Smooth Mode“ Technologie beeinflusst das Vaginalgewebe thermisch, stimuliert den Kollagenumbau und die Synthese neuer Kollagenfasern im Bereich des Vestibüls und der Harnröhrenöffnung sowie im Bereich entlang der vorderen Vaginalwand.
- Das Endergebnis der Kollagenneogenese ist das Schrumpfen und Straffen des Vaginalschleimhautgewebes und der endopelvischen Faszie, die reich an Kollagen ist, und folglich eine stärkere Unterstützung der Blase und die Wiederherstellung der normalen Kontinenzfunktion.
